nCoach Child Safety Standards

01 · Absolute prohibition

What is prohibited

Child sexual abuse and exploitation is strictly prohibited on nCoach. The following are prohibited without exception and result in permanent account termination:

• Sharing, requesting, producing or distributing any image, video, text or link depicting child sexual abuse
• Any communication intended to groom, lure or prepare a child for sexual purposes
• Child trafficking, child prostitution, or any activity facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child
• Sexualization of a child; content presenting or describing a child as a sexual object
• Drawn, animated or artificially generated content depicting child abuse, even where no real child is involved

02 · Who it is for

The app is intended for adults

nCoach is a business application designed for adult professionals working in direct sales and team management. It is not directed at children and is not marketed to children.

Under Article 5.3 of the User Agreement, individuals who are not of legal age cannot benefit from user rights. If an account is found to belong to a minor, the account is closed.

03 · Reporting

Reporting from inside the app

You can report directly from within the app, without leaving it:

1. In the home feed, tap the “…” menu at the top right of the post you want to report.
2. Select Report.
3. Choose a reason on the screen that opens and add a note if you wish.
4. Tap Send.

For anything involving child safety, choose “Inappropriate content” and briefly describe the situation in the note field. These reports reach our moderation team. From the same menu you can also block or mute a user.

04 · Point of contact

Reach us directly

You can reach us directly on any child safety matter at [email protected]. Writing “Child safety” in the subject line ensures your report is prioritized.

This address is the point of contact responsible for nCoach’s child abuse prevention practices.

05 · Afterwards

What happens after a report

• Every report is reviewed by our moderation team and the review is recorded.
• If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed.
• Depending on severity, the user receives a warning, the account is suspended, or the account is permanently closed. For violations involving child abuse, the first enforcement action is permanent closure.
• Matters that must be reported under applicable law are referred to the competent authorities.

06 · Legal framework

The rules we follow

nCoach undertakes to comply with child protection legislation in the countries where it operates.

These standards are aligned with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

These standards are reviewed regularly. Changes are published on this page.

If the text changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it; this page is always the one in force.
