01 · The parties

The parties

The Platform is owned and operated by Babil Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“nCoach”, “Babil”, “we”).

Natural or legal persons who use the Platform are referred to as the “User”.

02 · The service

Description of the service

nCoach is a digital business management tool that lets network marketing professionals run work processes such as team management, a digital planner, event planning, sending notifications and earnings tracking on a single platform.

03 · Rules of use

Rules of use

By using the Platform you accept the following:

• That you will give correct and current information when you register,
• That you alone are responsible for the security of your account,
• That you will not misuse the app or the site and will not share unlawful content,
• That you will take no action that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy,
• That you will not use the service for commercial abuse, spam or unauthorised data transfer.

nCoach reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the accounts of users who act against these rules, without prior notice.

04 · Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights

The design, software, images, logo, data structure, content and all components of the Platform belong to nCoach. Without the written consent of nCoach, the User:

• May not copy, reproduce, sell or distribute any part of the Platform,
• May not attempt reverse engineering, decompilation or reconstruction.

All intellectual property rights are protected under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK).

05 · Fees

Fees and subscriptions

Some nCoach services are free of charge and some are covered by a paid subscription.

• Paid plans may be stopped automatically if payment is not made.
• Subscriptions are started through the App Store or Google Play and can only be cancelled from the subscription settings of your store account. Deleting your nCoach account does not cancel a subscription; this is explained on the Account Deletion page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are possible only where the cause is a fault of nCoach.

nCoach reserves the right to change its prices. Any change is announced in advance.

06 · Enterprise

nCoach for companies

In the dedicated nCoach models offered to corporate customers:

• All data is stored in the company’s own database if the company asks for it.
• nCoach does not access or process that data.
• The company is itself responsible for the security of the data.

On request, nCoach can provide custom development, API integration or design services. The scope and cost of such services are set out in a separate agreement.

07 · Liability

Disclaimer of liability

nCoach:

• Does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.
• Is not responsible for damage arising from the user’s own data entries, from incorrect information they share, or from third party links.
• Cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Platform.

08 · Data protection

Data protection and privacy

The collection, processing and protection of user data is carried out within the framework of the nCoach Privacy Policy.

09 · Changes

Right to change these terms

nCoach may change these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect on the date they are published on the website.

We recommend checking this page regularly; the date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

10 · Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In the event of a dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Mersin have jurisdiction.
