Logo, slogan and intro text are the first thing your member sees. You send us those three and we write them onto your company record.

Your company’s page inside the app
If your team uses nCoach, your company already has a place in the app. When your member opens the My Company screen, they see your logo, your slogan and your intro text. If that screen is empty today, the app tells them “Company information not found. Ask your company to contact nCoach.”
Materials
Video links and images sit on the Company Content screen. Your member watches the video without leaving the app and opens the image full screen.
Downloadable content
Presentations, catalogues and forms go up as documents. Your member pulls them onto their own phone from the Downloadable Content list.
In-company leaderboard
Weekly, monthly and all-time rankings only ever run among your own company’s members. Once a leaderboard has enough people on it, weekly rewards open up; whoever comes out on top earns a crown and stays on the champions strip for the rest of the week.
Who sees what
- A member’s prospect list is visible only to their own upline. Switch on Private Planner and even the upline stops seeing it.
- There is no admin console where the company reads a member’s Planner. What is shared is the company page, the event list and the leaderboard.
- When your member creates an event with Company scope, everyone who picked the same company sees it in their list. No notification goes out.
- A member can look up someone from the same company by their full first and last name and send a team join request. The search never reaches outside the company.
- A member who would rather not appear on the leaderboard can take themselves off it, and then stays out of the reward round too.
The part we set up together
Filling in the company page is done by hand today. You send it over, we put it live; there is no upload screen on your side yet.

You send us the logo, the slogan and the intro text. We write them onto the company record and your members see them the next time they open it.
Keeping materials current
When a new video link, image or document comes in, we add it and take down whatever it replaces.
Merging records
When members spell the company name differently, separate records appear and two people from the same company can’t find each other in search. We merge them into a single record, and the members, events and materials move across with it.

The record isn’t in the list
A member can type your company name during sign-up and open a new record. New records stay off the list until they are approved. Write to us, we approve it, and everyone searching finds it.
The name is spelled two ways
We agree with you on the spelling that stays, then merge the other one underneath it.
A member’s own data
The prospect list and the earnings record sit with the member and with their upline. There is no copy opened up to the company.
How members join
Everyone opens their own account and picks their company from the list while signing up. There is nothing the company has to do on top of that.

Opening your company page and keeping it up to date is free; we don’t charge the company for it. Send the logo, the slogan, the intro text and the materials. If your company record isn’t on the list yet, we open that the same way.

While your company page is empty, the only thing they see there is one line asking their company to get in touch with us.
