This text covers the nCoach website. What we collect from you here, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you have it deleted are all written below. No long legal sentences; this is what we actually do.

01 · Who handles it
What the site collects is processed by Babil Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“nCoach”). Our address is [email protected], and every request on this page arrives there.
If you want our postal address, ask at the same address and we will write it to you.
02 · What we collect
If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your phone number when you write one, and the message itself. The fact that you ticked the consent box is kept next to that record.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on the site, and no counter measuring your visit.
03 · Why we collect it
We use what the form carries only to read your request and get back to you.
We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone. When your subject is closed, the data has no further job.
04 · On which basis
We process the form record on your explicit consent, which is exactly what the consent box in the form is for.
The technical server log stands apart: we keep it to hold the site up and keep it secure, and we do not merge it with the reply correspondence.
05 · For how long
We keep your message and contact details for at most 12 months after the subject is closed. At the end of that period the record is deleted.
If you want it gone sooner you do not have to wait: we delete it the day you ask.
The technical server log is kept for as long as the hosting provider keeps it, and it drops out when that period ends.
06 · Who else sees it
Your message lands in the inbox of the nCoach team. The person who reads it is the person who writes back to you.
Beyond that we share your data with nobody. The service providers who keep the site, the server and the mailbox running host it on our behalf only; they cannot use it for their own purposes. We hand data to no authority unless the law requires it.
07 · Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you. If it is wrong you have it corrected, you can have it deleted, you can withdraw your consent and you can object to the processing.
Write your request to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days at the latest. If our answer is not enough for you, you can take it to the data protection authority in your country.
08 · Inside the app
Data held with your account inside the app is not the subject of this page. For that, write from Account › Contact Us in the app; your message reaches us together with your account.
If you cannot sign in, send the same request to [email protected].
09 · If this changes
If we change the text we change the date at the top of the page as well. There is no older copy kept alongside it; this page is the one in force.
If a change affects a request already in progress, we write to you separately.
